DTM 2007, de aanloop......
Zo te zien mogen we een grote verandering (qua model) verwachten aan de zijde van MB:

Oei, die reglementen waren toch bevroren? Mag Audi dan ook een fikse aero-upate doorvoeren op de A4? Of laat de ITR wederom zien dat het een MB-kloon is?
O ja bevroren reglementen? Volgens Gerhard Ungar ( HWA hoofd engineer) viel dat best mee in 2006:

Wir mussten dabei jedoch noch mehr ins Detail gehen", verrät Ungar gegenüber der adrivo Sportpresse und zeigt sich in seinem technischen Spieltrieb genügsam: "Letztlich standen uns noch die gesamte Randaufhängung und der Motor zur Entwicklung frei. Insofern war noch genügend zu tun."

Ungar, een MB medewerker die het nut van kostenreducties wel inziet...........maar toch zeer creatief blijft
