Belcar Midsummer Race 28 juni 2007, de aanloop......
Is er al nieuws te bespeuren rondom de autosport-variant van "Waregem Koerse"? We mogen 2006 gerust als een mislukking beschouwen, heeft editie 2007 meer kans van slagen?

De timing (onder voorbehoud)
Practices / Races
MVDB 09.15-10.00 Free practice
BHS 10.15-10.45 Timed practice
MVDB 11.00-11.45 Timed practice 1
MVDB 13.05-13.50 Timed practice 2
BHS 14.05-14.35 Race – 25 min. + 1 lap
MVDB 14.50-16.55 Race – 125 min.

Mooi, serveer de eerste pint maar om 17.05 uur zo heeft elk nadeel toch zijn voordeel

Voorspelling: gem. max. 4 eigenwijze oranje mannetjes per post. Heren coureurs, hou het veilig en safe

Wat me opviel vorig jaar was dat tegen de Belcar race begon de meeste kinderen terug de bus opgingen huiswaarts.
Is het altijd lekker rustig tijdens de race

Historic i.p.v sprint deze keer. beetje rare keus deze oude wagens voor zo'n jeugdig publiek.

Inderdaad eerst zien waar je loopt met al doe klein rondje. Zoek je ergens een rustige plaats, zijn ze uiteindelijk allemaal weg. Ik hoop dat het een fijna race wordt. Niet een overloop van de z06.

Dit jaar blijkbaar geen pitwalk zoals vorig jaar.

Vorig jaar heel de namiddag rustig op de toen nieuwe tribune gezeten aan de jacky ickx, hopelijk dit jaar weer zo goed weer!

Blijkbaar toch ne pitwalk, hij stond alleen niet op de timing. deze zal doorgaan tussen 12u en 12u45.

En we krijgen momenteel fijne weersvoorspellingen. Men voorspeld 75% kans op regen

Als we maar niet een race krijgen zoals in Spa. Want dat wil ik dit jaar niet meer zien in de Belcar hoor.

Zijn er al eventuele gastrijders bekend en is er al geweten ofdat de Porscge GT3 van First Motorsport al opgeknapt is?

Verder stond in Het Belang van Limburg dat er tijdens de namiddag diverse optredens zijn voorzien. Hopelijk blijft de geluidsoverlast beperkt want ik hoor nog altijd liever een raceauto dan een muzikant als ik naar het circuit ga.
